These Terms govern your use of the SaChoonz - Radio player mobile and desktop application ("SaChoonz Radio", the "App"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
SaChoonz - Radio player is a free directory and player for live internet radio streams. The list of stations - names, logos, tags, stream links, homepages, country and language - comes from the community-maintained, public-domain database at radio-browser.info. We host our own periodic copy of that public data so the App can load quickly and reliably.
The App does not host, own, or control any radio stream, logo, or station content. When you play a station, audio is delivered directly to your device from that station's own servers. Each station is responsible for its own content, availability, and broadcasting rights. As a result:
Removing a station. Because we host our own copy of the station list, we can remove entries directly. If you are a station owner or rights holder and would like your stream or station details removed, email support@bludlineaudio.com and we will remove it promptly.
You agree to use the App for lawful, personal, non-commercial listening only, and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or attempt to overload the App or the services it connects to.
The App itself (its code, design, and name) belongs to its developer. Station names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. The underlying station data from radio-browser.info has been dedicated to the public domain by that project.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or any third-party stream or content reached through it.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Your privacy is simple to explain because the App is built to need as little of your data as possible: we don't collect any.
None. SaChoonz Radio has no user accounts and no sign-in. We do not collect, store, sell, or share any personal information. Specifically, the App contains:
Your favourite stations, listening history, and app settings are saved only on your device. This information never leaves your device, is never uploaded to us or anyone else, and is not synced across devices. It is removed when you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.
To work, the App connects to a few services. We want to be transparent about them. None of these connections send any personal information about you - but, like any request to any web server, they do reveal standard technical details such as your device's IP address and a user-agent string. We never receive, collect, or store that information; it is handled by each service under its own privacy policy.

Because we hold no personal data about you on any server, there is nothing for us to look up, export, correct, or delete on our side - there is no data-access or data-deletion request to make, and we have no data to sell or share. The only data the App creates (favourites, history, settings) lives entirely on your device and is fully under your control: you can clear it at any time from within the App or by uninstalling the App.
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your region).
On Android the App requests only what playback needs: internet access, a foreground/media service and wake lock (to keep audio playing in the background), and notification permission (to show playback controls). It requests no location, contacts, or other sensitive permissions.
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
